My experience at the salon was great and Lottie was really welcoming and listened to what I wanted. I donated my hair to the little princess trust and found the whole thing really easy and I got talked through how it worked before they cut off all my hair 😋

Mia has a unique talent for anticipating needs, offering personalized advice, and making every interaction feel genuinely special and warm. She always takes the time to ensure the experience is flawless, whether it's answering complex questions, being honest with me and telling me what I probably do/don’t need, or simply providing a friendly face. She is genuinely lovelyyyyy, and my hair both looks and feels soo nice after a visit with her. Suffice to say, I look forward to seeing her on every trip ❤️
